Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages, experience in a client-facing role, and the ability to manage new and renewal business. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of remote and in-office work, and an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the agency's success.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service commercial lines insurance coverages in a brokerage/agency setting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Handle new and renewal business processes efficiently.
- Prepare and complete certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Review insurance contracts for accuracy and ensure compliance with client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support agency revenue growth.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to address issues such as cancellations, claims, renewal challenges, audits, receivables, and carrier-related matters.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Commercial Lines Accounts.
- Active state Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
