Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing a variety of commercial accounts, including habitational, churches, restaurants, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling accounts from A-Z, including marketing, renewals, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates).
  • Additional Income Opportunities: Commission and bonuses for new business and upselling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including habitational, churches, restaurants, and contractors.
  • Handle all aspects of accounts from start to finish, including marketing, renewals, and upselling.
  • Quote and place new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in handling accounts from A-Z, including marketing and renewals.
    • Strong ability to sell and place insurance products.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Familiarity with Xanatek software is preferred.
