Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience and a strong ability to manage client relationships, policy servicing, and renewals in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
• Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Work closely with clients, carriers, and producers to provide excellent customer service
• Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs
• Assist with marketing and quoting new and renewal business
• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Knowledge of commercial coverages including GL, Property, Workers Comp, Auto, and Umbrella
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
