Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing insurance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial insurance experience and a strong ability to manage client relationships, policy servicing, and renewals in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts
- Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Work closely with clients, carriers, and producers to provide excellent customer service
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage needs
- Assist with marketing and quoting new and renewal business
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Knowledge of commercial coverages including GL, Property, Workers Comp, Auto, and Umbrella
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
