Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a boutique insurance agency.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

• Manage commercial accounts from start to finish, including marketing, proposals, billing, claims, and policy changes.
• Handle a variety of account types, including real estate, marine, and generalist accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
• Proficiency in handling accounts independently, including marketing, billing, and claims management.
• Experience with EPIC software (highly preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing client needs.
