Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a boutique insurance agency.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:
- Manage commercial accounts from start to finish, including marketing, proposals, billing, claims, and policy changes.
- Handle a variety of account types, including real estate, marine, and generalist accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in handling accounts independently, including marketing, billing, and claims management.
- Experience with EPIC software (highly preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing client needs.
