Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Assistant Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in the management of commercial insurance accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of commercial insurance accounts, including but not limited to handling policy inquiries, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare insurance proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client records and documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations to effectively support clients and the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a similar role within the commercial insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
