Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role focuses on managing small commercial accounts within the Select Business Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lines insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a book of small commercial/select business unit accounts.
- Provide full A–Z account management, including service and retention.
- Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and client communication.
- Perform marketing and remarketing activities for accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on renewals.
- Ensure timely and responsive client service.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong client service skills with a responsive and professional demeanor.
