Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Account Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our commercial account team and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing commercial accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with the account team to prepare financial reports and documents
- Handle account inquiries and provide support to clients as needed
- Assist in analyzing financial data and identifying inconsistencies
- Support the team in implementing new procedures and processes to improve efficiency
- Maintain updated records of all accounts
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Proven experience as an account assistant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
