Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and maintain commercial insurance accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claim assistance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and promote the expansion of commercial insurance products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and coverage options to better serve clients
  • Utilize strong account management skills to build and maintain positive client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
