Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a dynamic and hardworking team. In this role, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, including managing new business inquiries, processing renewals from start to finish, and providing exceptional service to valued clients. This is a fully in-office position, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range:
    • Experienced candidates: $60,000–$70,000 annually, with bonus potential based on book of business.
    • Entry-level candidates: $40,000–$50,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for new business inquiries and provide accurate quotes.
  • Manage the renewal process from start to finish (A-Z).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client accounts and track activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the growth of the company’s commercial accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience:
    • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
    • Open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong character and a willingness to learn.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Attributes:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
