Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic insurance team. This role supports client service, policy administration, and day-to-day commercial lines account needs while contributing to a collaborative and professional environment.
Responsibilities

Support commercial lines clients with policy-related questions, service requests, and account updates.

Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, renewals, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.

Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Maintain accurate client records within agency management software.

Assist with reviewing policies, proposals, and coverage documents for accuracy.

Support team members in meeting service standards and maintaining strong client relationships.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows and provide proactive client support.
Qualifications/Requirements

Prior commercial lines insurance experience preferred.

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
