Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. Responsibilities

  • Process ID cards, billing, payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers with their books of business.
  • Handle small commercial accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and team members.
  • Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license or willingness to obtain.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or insurance.
  • Familiarity with small commercial accounts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Epic software is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural and team-oriented environment.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
