Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Process ID cards, billing, payments, and account reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers with their books of business.
- Handle small commercial accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and team members.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or insurance.
- Familiarity with small commercial accounts is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Epic software is preferred but not required.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
