Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service and support, and ensuring that all commercial insurance needs are met. Responsibilities  

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial lines accounts, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.  
- Manage client account details efficiently using AMS: Applied EPIC software for documentation, updates, and tracking.  
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their commercial insurance policies.  
- Proactively handle policy renewals by evaluating client needs and market options.  
- Provide timely follow-up on endorsements, certificates, audits, and claims processes.  
- Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless communication and account support.  
- Build and sustain positive relationships with insurance carriers, clients, and team members.  
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and guidelines to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.  
- Contribute to the team’s goal of client retention and growth through exceptional service delivery.  
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or policies.  

Qualifications  

- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines and insurance account management.  
- Proficiency in AMS: Applied EPIC or equivalent agency management software.  
- Experience managing commercial insurance accounts.  
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.  
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.  
- Problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (or willingness to obtain).  
- Experience working in a fast-paced or team-oriented environment.  
- Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and composed under pressure.  
- Previous experience with policy reviews, audits, and changes.
