Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a well-established agency. If you have a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for client service, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.
• Health Benefits: 70% of employee health insurance covered, 75% of dental insurance covered, and long-term disability insurance fully paid.

Responsibilities

• Handle quoting and marketing for new and renewal business.
• Conduct policy reviews and process policy changes.
• Manage change requests and ensure timely processing of policies.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, primarily in contractor accounts, with some exposure to medical malpractice, restaurants, and other industries.
• Utilize AMS360 software for daily operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; contractor account experience is a significant plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 is highly preferred; experience with Erie is a plus.
• Account Management: Familiarity with handling accounts ranging from small to large, up to $300,000.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
• Work History: A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
