Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from small to large, while providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and personal lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to professional growth.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually,

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of small to large commercial accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain required P&C licensing.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
