Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new commercial business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
  • Lead discussions on coverage and risk strategies with clients.
  • Develop and present customized insurance programs tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated account management team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize AMS360 to manage pipeline, submissions, and workflows efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (REQUIRED).
  • Experience:
    • Proven success as a commercial lines producer.
    • Demonstrated ability to generate $100K+ in new business revenue annually.
    • Experience structuring and presenting complex insurance programs.
    • Strong closing and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 is preferred.
