Sales Producer – Professional Liability Insurance
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Producer to join a team, specializing in professional liability insurance. This role is focused on developing new business relationships, identifying client insurance needs, and delivering tailored risk management and insurance solutions.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Up to $65,000
- Incentive/Bonus Structure: Eligible for a production bonus program on all new insurance commissions generated through direct efforts.
- Commission Structure: Flexible, with adjustments for new business generated through provided leads or cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new business relationships with clients in need of professional liability insurance.
- Identify client insurance needs and provide tailored risk management and insurance solutions.
- Work with warm leads generated through our website, focusing on engaging and converting interested prospects.
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure an excellent client experience and long-term account retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Professional Liability Insurance Experience: Required.
- Preferred Experience: MedMal (Medical Malpractice) insurance or experience working with physicians, architects, lawyers, or Errors & Omissions coverage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on ethical and client-centered selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
