Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and driven Commercial Lines Producers to join a team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growth-focused organization with a strong emphasis on professional development and career advancement.
Compensation Package
We offer a highly competitive and performance-driven compensation structure tailored to experience levels:
- Entry–Junior Producers: Base salary of $65,000–$110,000 (no book required).
- Mid-Market Producers (3–7 years): Base salary of $110,000–$180,000 (book of $100,000–$500,000).
- Senior Producers (7+ years): Base salary of $200,000–$250,000 (book of $500,000+).
Additional benefits include:
- Transition to commission-only structure in Year 3.
- Commission rates of approximately 40% for new business and 30% for renewals.
- One-time book bonuses and a lucrative $500,000 bonus for achieving $500,000 in revenue within three years (paid out over the following three years).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear prospecting strategy to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct effective first meetings with prospective clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a structured and professional approach.
- Maintain and grow relationships with carriers and leverage market access to deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, with a focus on achieving $500,000 in revenue by Year 3.
- Utilize tools such as AMS360 and Salesforce to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Core Traits: High-energy, authentic, sales-driven, and self-sufficient.
- Proven ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
- Clear and structured sales philosophy, with the ability to articulate a defined approach to client meetings and prospecting.
- Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Familiarity with carriers and market access is essential.
Preferred Experience:
- Expertise in industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, habitational, energy, or transportation is highly desirable.
- Backgrounds from leading firms or MGA/Wholesale experience are welcomed.
