Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a close-knit and values-driven team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong work ethic, a passion for client service, and a proven track record in sales. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary + Commission: Targeting total compensation of $80,000–$100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
  • Generate new business through self-sourced leads, partnerships with loan officers, private banking teams, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral sources to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with an assigned Account Manager to ensure seamless client service and account management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on accounts with premiums of $30,000 or higher.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and partner interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
  • Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite when not actively selling, with flexibility to work from Lititz, Lancaster, or Harrisburg offices.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong business development and "hunter" mindset.
    • Ability to self-generate leads and build strategic partnerships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Values-driven, client-focused, and highly relatable.
  • Preferred Background: Experience working with insurance companies affiliated with banks is highly desirable.
