Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new commercial lines business.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective and current clients.
• Maintain and grow a professional network to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with account managers and support staff to deliver consistent client service.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers to stay informed about market offerings and underwriting guidelines.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for client meetings and in-person sales efforts.
• Familiarity with carriers such as Western, Safeco, Progressive, and Westfield preferred.
