A rapidly growing insurance brokerage is seeking experienced and driven Commercial Lines Producers to join its expanding team. This organization offers producers the support and autonomy to grow their book while playing a key role in regional market development.
What You’ll Do:

Build and manage a book of upper-mid market commercial accounts

Develop and maintain strong client relationships across targeted industries

Prospect new business opportunities and close complex commercial deals

Collaborate with experienced account executives and producers in a team-based environment

Contribute to the long-term growth of a key regional office, with opportunity to shape strategy
Ideal Background:

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial insurance, financial services, or consultative sales roles

Industry specialization (e.g., D&O, Cyber, Construction, Public Entity, Real Estate) is a plus

Background in producer, wholesale, or high-performing service roles welcomed

Formal sales training and college degree required
