Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, delivering personalized client service, and supporting long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial lines expertise, a solid understanding of the insurance industry, and a commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence.
Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.

Support accounts across industries such as commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, and other business sectors.

Provide guidance on various commercial coverages, including cyber and environmental liability, as needed.

Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Utilize Applied EPIC to manage client accounts and documentation.

Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.

Strong commercial insurance knowledge, including experience supporting complex commercial accounts.

Experience with commercial real estate, hospitality, and related industries preferred.

Proficiency with Applied EPIC preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
