Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, delivering personalized client service, and supporting long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial lines expertise, a solid understanding of the insurance industry, and a commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.

  • Support accounts across industries such as commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, and other business sectors.

  • Provide guidance on various commercial coverages, including cyber and environmental liability, as needed.

  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Utilize Applied EPIC to manage client accounts and documentation.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.

  • Strong commercial insurance knowledge, including experience supporting complex commercial accounts.

  • Experience with commercial real estate, hospitality, and related industries preferred.

  • Proficiency with Applied EPIC preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

  • Comprehensive benefits package
