Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial account management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
- Other Requirements:
- Strong administrative and computing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
