Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of business, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial account management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, advocacy, and professional communication.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management.
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong administrative and computing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
