Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. This role involves independently managing a portfolio of select commercial clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and have the ability to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $76,500 to $94,500 (depending on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, and negotiate terms with carriers.
  • Analyze client risks and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Determine markets within core carrier strategies and create comprehensive carrier submissions.
  • Manage the renewal process, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
  • Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Conduct contract reviews and ensure binding documents are accurate.
  • Leverage templates and system-generated letters for client and carrier communications.
  • Provide consultation on coverage needs and guaranteed cost program design.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to address client needs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a strong understanding of insurance coverages.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Active state Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office products. Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.

Education
