Commercial Lines Service Advisor

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Service Advisor to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality service and expert advice to commercial insurance clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and high-quality service to commercial insurance clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify client needs and proactively recommend additional products and coverages when appropriate.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients with accuracy and professionalism.
• Report claims on behalf of clients and offer guidance throughout the claims process.
• Adhere to agency procedures and maintain high underwriting standards to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a plus, but experience with other systems is acceptable.
