Commercial Lines Client Executive
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Client Executive to join a forward-thinking insurance agency with a strong reputation for excellence. This role offers the opportunity to leverage commercial lines account management expertise while continuing to grow alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to assigned commercial lines accounts.
- Manage new business and renewal workflows, including applications, proposals, binding, invoicing, and related tasks.
- Research and resolve client issues such as policy forms, endorsements, audits, certificates, and loss experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal team members in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of client activities within the agency management software.
- Stay informed on commercial lines marketplace trends and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines team to achieve departmental goals.
- Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Cross-sell additional coverages and services through proactive client conversations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- 3-5+ years of commercial lines account management experience in an agency setting.
- Experience working with middle-market accounts and admitted carriers.
- Professional, client-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as needed.
- Experience with EPIC or other agency management software is a plus.
