Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000
• Commission: competitive splits 
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and track sales activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the best solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
