Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote; more onsite presence required during onboarding)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business with approximately $750,000 in revenue, including accounts in manufacturing, construction, and real estate sectors.
  • Handle renewals for mid-to-large market accounts with revenue exceeding $5,000.
  • Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold the company’s core values of teamwork, service, integrity, and kindness.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and a curiosity mindset.
  • Education: Relevant educational background preferred.
