Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Employee Benefits Account Executive to join a team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships with a focus on employee benefits renewals.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date guidance.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of renewal proposals.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management and communication.
