Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team and support our clients with their employee benefits needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, providing exceptional service and support for all employee benefits-related inquiries
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide comprehensive advice and solutions regarding their benefits packages
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring all communications are documented for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and management of client benefits programs
- Conduct regular performance reviews of benefits programs and suggest improvements as needed
- Keep clients updated on any changes or updates to their benefits plans, ensuring transparency and clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, with a focus on employee benefits preferred
- Strong understanding of various employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to employee benefits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using benefits administration software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
