Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: Up to $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business, including small ACA accounts and self-insured accounts with 10+ employees.
  • Collaborate with producers to develop and implement strategic plans for clients.
  • Assist with open enrollment processes and provide guidance to clients.
  • Analyze plan options and provide recommendations tailored to client needs.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing employee benefits accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend plan options.
  • Experience with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus.
