Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to support client relationships and deliver high-quality service. This role focuses on managing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships. The position requires a balance of independent work and collaboration, along with occasional travel.
Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored employee benefits solutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within benefits administration and agency management software.

Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and regulatory updates to provide knowledgeable guidance.

Assist with strategic initiatives, including contributing to business planning and client growth efforts.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.

Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Willingness to travel as needed.
