Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing employee benefits accounts while delivering exceptional client service and supporting overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong employee benefits experience, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Handle quoting, renewals, marketing, binding, and policy servicing activities for employee benefits accounts.

Serve as a trusted resource for clients regarding benefit plans, coverage options, and ongoing service needs.

Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate account management.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management software.

Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship management.

Assist with resolving client issues and addressing coverage-related questions.

Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and service standards.
Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.

Minimum of 3-4 years of employee benefits account management experience.

Experience using EPIC is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

Salary: $84,000 - $94,000 annually, based on experience.
