Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join an Employee Benefits Division. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of employee benefits clients, delivering strategic service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating impactful benefit solutions. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, you will support benefit plan design, implementation, renewal, and issue resolution. This position requires collaboration with Producers, the Employee Benefits Manager, and internal service teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing daily service needs, renewals, and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and leadership teams at client organizations.
  • Lead client meetings, including open enrollment sessions, renewal presentations, and utilization reviews.
  • Develop and maintain a client service calendar to ensure proactive and timely touchpoints throughout the year.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry designation (e.g., CEBS, RHU) preferred.
  • Active Life & Health license required; must remain in good standing with CE requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits, group health products, and HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
