Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a well-established team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a book of business, working with small groups (under 25 group lives) or larger groups, depending on expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, primarily focusing on small groups (under 25 group lives) or larger groups as needed.
- Handle various types of accounts, including self-insured, level-funded, and fully insured plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Occasionally travel for client meetings and business engagements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
- Minimum of 4 years in Employee Benefits Account Management.
- Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
- Motivated and hardworking.
- Strong insurance knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset.
- Willingness/ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business engagements.
