Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a book of business consisting of fully insured small group accounts (5-100 lives). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in employee benefits, strong technical expertise, and a proactive, client-focused attitude.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business, ensuring consistent service and retention.
  • Handle renewals, quoting, and servicing of small group accounts (5-100 lives).
  • Conduct open enrollment processes and presentations.
  • Utilize AMS360 and Employee Navigator software for account management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Life and Health license required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in employee benefits account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Employee Navigator software.
  • Soft Skills: Personable, proactive, and technologically adept.
