What We’re Looking For:

  • Active L&H License: Your ticket to success in this role.
  • Proven Experience: You've already mastered the art of servicing employee benefits accounts, including Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, HSA, and FSA.
  • Industry Savvy: You’re up-to-date on the latest in employee benefits programs, regulations, and trends.
  • Tech Proficiency: You’re comfortable navigating benefits administration software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Bonus Points: CEBS, GBA, or other relevant certifications are a big plus!
