Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a well-respected brokerage team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, ranging from 20 to 200 lives.
- Oversee marketing renewals, open enrollments, and assist with enrollment processes.
- Provide general servicing and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and enhance client relationships.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
- Proven expertise in marketing renewals, managing open enrollments, and servicing group benefits accounts.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools is preferred.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
