Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a well-respected brokerage team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of group benefits clients, ranging from 20 to 200 lives.
  • Oversee marketing renewals, open enrollments, and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Provide general servicing and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts and enhance client relationships.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in marketing renewals, managing open enrollments, and servicing group benefits accounts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools is preferred.
  • A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
