Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Agent to join a team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in group benefits to contribute to a well-established organization. As an Employee Benefits Agent, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic solutions and exceptional service, while also supporting the growth and development of a team.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Responsibilities

• Manage and service group benefits accounts ranging from 100 to 500 lives.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic advice and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold the company’s values of teamwork, ownership, and client-first service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
