Employee Benefits CSR / Account Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Employee Benefits CSR / Account Coordinator to join a growing Employee Benefits team. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 base salary
  • Bonus/Incentives: Potential discretionary bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Employee Benefits Account Managers and Producers with client service needs.
  • Process enrollments, renewals, policy changes, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Handle communication with carriers and clients.
  • Provide support for open enrollment and benefits administration tasks.
  • Prepare proposals, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on activities.
  • Support renewal processes and service activities for small to mid-sized group Employee Benefits accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Life & Health License is required.
  • Experience:
    • Entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow are welcome.
    • Up to 3–5 years of relevant Employee Benefits experience is preferred.
    • Experience in Employee Benefits support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
    • Experience with agency management systems and Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Commitment to long-term growth within the Employee Benefits field and a professional demeanor.
