Job Summary

Seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join a growing team as Employee Benefits CSR (Client-Facing) and Employee Benefits Technical CSR (Non-Client Facing). These roles are integral to delivering exceptional service to the clients and supporting the producers. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,000 annually ($25 - $30 per hour)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing benefit inquiries and resolving requests efficiently.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and preparing renewal presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and lead educational sessions during Open Enrollment.
  • Advise clients on benefit plan administration, compliance, and funding options.
  • Collaborate with Third-Party Administrators and guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Provide ongoing support to maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely task completion.
  • Meet with clients to address insurance needs and keep producers informed of account status.
  • Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and EPIC to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Experience with Employee Navigator preferred but not required. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those eager to learn.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable with learning new systems and tools.
