Job Summary

An opportunity is available for two dedicated professionals to join a growing insurance agency as an Employee Benefits CSR (Client-Facing) or Employee Benefits Technical CSR (Non-Client Facing). This role involves providing exceptional service to clients, colleagues, and producers by managing benefit inquiries, resolving client requests, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The position is remote, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation Package

  • Hourly Rate: $25/hour
  • Annual Salary: $52,000
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off (PTO)
  • 401(k) retirement plan

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and providing solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze benefit offerings and prepare renewal presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and lead educational sessions during Open Enrollment.
  • Advise clients on benefit plan administration, compliance, and funding options.
  • Address inquiries related to benefits programs and provide guidance on enrollment processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Third-Party Administrators.
  • Maintain client relationships, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with producers to keep them informed of account statuses.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Life and Health (L&H) license preferred.
  • Experience with Employee Navigator and EPIC software is advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience with 2-50 lives small group accounts is preferred but not required.
