Employee Benefits Producer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business growth by developing relationships with prospective clients and expanding a group benefits portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a hunter mentality who excels at prospecting, booking meetings, and closing new business opportunities. The position offers the opportunity to work with organizations of all sizes while delivering customized employee benefits solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to identify employee benefits needs.
• Present and sell group benefits solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to consistently achieve new business goals.
• Quote new and renewal employee benefits business.
• Collaborate with internal service and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to identify additional growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, and employee benefits products.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience selling group employee benefits.
• Proven success in business development, prospecting, and closing new accounts.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with businesses of various sizes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Compensation Package

• Compensation: $100K – $150K, depending on experience.
