Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and motivated Benefits Consultant to join a team.

Compensation Package

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience. Higher compensation available for exceptional candidates.

Obtain Life & Health (L&H) license if not already licensed.
Participate in training programs to gain technical knowledge and understand the business.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
Identify, qualify, and requalify leads to generate new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Collaborate with leadership for guidance and mentorship during the onboarding period.
Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and track progress.
Travel locally as needed to meet with clients.

Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in sales or a related field.
Education: Demonstrated ability to balance work and education is a plus.
Licenses: Life & Health (L&H) license preferred; must be willing to obtain if not already licensed.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
Preferred Background: Experience with companies such as Enterprise, ADP, or payroll firms is highly desirable.
