Job Title: Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Location: Irving, TX - Must be located Dallas-Forth Worth area

A rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization in the insurance/financial services space is seeking a high-impact Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its expanding finance team. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure, improving reporting, and partnering with leadership to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
• Build and maintain robust financial models (including 3-statement models & scenario analysis)
• Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Improve data integrity and structure across multiple entities
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes
• Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights
• Support M&A integration efforts and post-acquisition financial alignment
• Assist with system enhancements and EPM/ERP implementations (Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.)

Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, or acquisitive environments
• Exposure to multi-entity financial structures and consolidations
• Familiarity with EPM/ERP tools (Adaptive, NetSuite, Anaplan, Planful, etc.)
