Front of Office/Customer Service Associate
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front of Office/Customer Service Associate to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks, accounts receivable, and other office management duties. This is a full-time, in-office position, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in office management, accounts receivable/payable, or customer service roles.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $45,000 – $50,000+ annually (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes and assist with simple billing tasks.
- Process incoming commissions from carriers.
- Support the Office Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and running the books.
- Greet customers and answer phone calls with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- If licensed, assist with smaller accounts and provide support for quoting new or renewal business.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- Prior experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or office management is required.
- Customer service experience, either within or outside the industry, is highly valued.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
- Education: Trade school certification in office management is a plus.
- Licenses/Designations: Not required, but candidates with relevant licenses may have opportunities to assist with additional accounts.
