High Net Worth Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced High Net Worth Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a laid-back, family-oriented, and low-stress environment while contributing to the growth of a new division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value personal lines accounts, including auto, home, jewelry, boats, yachts, and more. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle quoting, client interactions, and new business development.
  • Service and manage a book of business, including both high-value and standard market accounts.
  • Work with high-value carriers such as Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, PURE, and others.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with high-value carriers and accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
    • Detail-oriented and organized.
    • Adaptable and proactive in managing client needs.
