High Net Worth Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced High Net Worth Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value personal lines accounts, including auto, home, jewelry, boats, yachts, and more. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients.
- Handle quoting, client interactions, and new business development.
- Service and manage a book of business, including both high-value and standard market accounts.
- Work with high-value carriers such as Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, PURE, and others.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with high-value carriers and accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Adaptable and proactive in managing client needs.
