HR Operations & Systems Coordinator (Remote)
📍 Remote | Full-Time
💰 $55,000 – $68,000 (DOE)

🔹 What You’ll Do
HR Operations
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transitions, and offboarding
- Coordinate recruiting logistics including scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding readiness
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely HR transactions
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver a smooth and consistent employee experience
- Assist with compliance, audits, and HR documentation
HR Systems & Technology
- Act as a key resource for HR systems (UKG or similar platforms)
- Maintain workflows, employee records, and organizational structures
- Troubleshoot system issues and support user adoption
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and deliver reports on workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, trends)
- Support data analysis and leadership reporting
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and dashboards
Process Improvement
- Document workflows and recommend process enhancements
- Support HR projects, system implementations, and change initiatives
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and employee experience
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with HR systems (UKG preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field)
