Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for servicing personal lines clients, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Manage personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.

Provide A–Z servicing for assigned personal lines clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring insurance needs are met.

Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.

Collaborate with carriers and internal team members to provide timely and effective service.

Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and exceptional customer care.

Uphold high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working within an independent insurance agency environment.

Experience with an agency management system is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Compensation Package

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.
