Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for servicing personal lines clients, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.

  • Provide A–Z servicing for assigned personal lines clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring insurance needs are met.

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system.

  • Collaborate with carriers and internal team members to provide timely and effective service.

  • Support client retention efforts through proactive communication and exceptional customer care.

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working within an independent insurance agency environment.

  • Experience with an agency management system is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to client service.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience.
