Medicare Specialist
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Medicare Specialist to join a growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position where you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with Medicare products and individual health plans. Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $20 - $27 per hour

Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects using provided leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Quote and sell Medicare products and individual health plans.
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
- Engage in warm-calling and cross-selling to expand client portfolios.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Life and Health (L&H) insurance license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Medicare sales experience; 1-2 years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC Applied software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent planning abilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and energy.
