Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse book of business, handle accounts ranging from $50K to $1MM, and provide exceptional service to the clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 (up to $110,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and PTO
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned accounts (A-Z account management) with support for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and smaller tasks.
- Handle the renewal process and quote new business, with a primary focus on renewals.
- Maintain and grow a book of business with accounts ranging from $50K to $1MM.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.
- Collaborate with a team of 5-6 colleagues regularly to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. Additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines account management, ideally with middle-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check prior to the start date.
